Hand picked and wild fermented in small batches, 30% whole bunches and matured in French Oak for 10 months.
Aromas of fresh rhubarb, plums and lifted forest floor to the wine. Chalky tannins on the palate with a seamless strawberry and cream finish. Limited release – only 250 cases produced
