Description

VITICULTURE
Another great example of good value wine from the Languedoc. Once used to make popular vermouth Noilly Prat, the Picpoul grape has proved to be very successful and rapidly grown in both reputation and popularity. It earned its own AOC in 2013 and is now known as the ‘southern oyster wine’.
WINEMAKING
Sourced from vineyards located in on the edges of the Thau Lagoon and regarded as some of the oldest in the Mediterranean.
OAK TREATMENT
None.
TASTING NOTE
Crisp and refreshing with zesty citrus notes, it’s perfect for drinking in the garden on a sunny day or as an alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.
