Nekeas is originally a cooperative founded by 8 families from Añorbe. They put together 174 ha and first investment for the planting and winery. It always has been managed like a private company. Nowadays the vineyards are up to 225 ha all in Nekeas Valley and 110 ha of Olive groves and own by the same families. We do everything ourselves, we farm, harvest, elaborate, bottle and sell our own fruits exclusively.
Machine harvest at the southwest part of the Nekeas Valley where there is more sun and warmer conditions. Fermeted in stainless stell tank, after a skin contact maceration of a few hours between 9-11o. Fermentation in stainless steel tank. No malolactic. No oak ageing.
This is a great everyday drinking white.
Perfect to enjoy as drink but also a good pair for a light meal like salad, soup, or pasta.
