Vineyards are located in the North East of Italy within the Fruili Venezia region. Cultivation methods include vertical training of the shoots and thinning as well as pinching and tying off in order to create the perfect micro-climate to encourage the ripening of the grapes.
Hand harvested at optimum ripeness to give the required balance between aromatics and good acidity. Gentle pneumatic pressing followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in pressure tanks, lasting 4 weeks.
Hints of apple and peach on the nose. Light and delicate with citrus notes – this wine is dry, soft and creamy.
