Grapes are sourced from Murviedro’s 300 hectares of vineyard, and a further 1,500 that they control in the surrounding area.
A careful selection of the best Bobal and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes is followed by a gentle pressing, and a short maceration on skins to give a delicate pink colour. The free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel for 20 – 25 days at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, using selected yeasts.
An appealing dry rosé with a delicate pink colour and fresh red fruit aromas. The palate has raspberry and redcurrant characters, with hints of citrus and a long and fruity finish.
An ideal accompaniment to rice dishes, pasta and fish.
