Description

Appealing, bright and juicy rosado from Valencia.

VITICULTURE
Produced from a selection of Bobal grapes, which after harvesting undergo a gentle pressing, and short maceration on skins to give a delicate pink colour.
WINEMAKING
The free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel for 20 – 25 days at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, using selected yeasts.
OAK TREATMENT
None.
TASTING NOTE
An appealing dry rosé with fresh red fruit aromas. The palate has raspberry and redcurrant characters, with hints of citrus and a long and fruity finish.
FOOD MATCHING
Great with tapas, risotto or charcuterie.
