The Bousquet family combines four generations of traditional winemaking with Mendoza’s ideal wine growing conditions. Their constant search to achieve optimum ripeness allows them to create wines with a full and delicious fruit character.
WINEMAKING
Fermented in contact with American Oak and aged for 6 months.
OAK TREATMENT
6 months in American Oak.
TASTING NOTE
Aromas of blackberry and cassis with hunts of spice and black pepper. Medium bodied with silky tannins and ripe fruit flavours. Smooth and elegant.
