This cooperative was founded in 1927 in the south of Burgundy. With over 400 members they produce 20 Burgundian appellations which have gained international recognition. Aromas of citrus and apple with notes of biscuit. Generous and slightly creamy on the palate with a crisp finish and fine bubbles.
