Being the fifth generation of winegrowers in the family, Pascal Brunier took over his dad’s estate in the 1980s but today the Domaine Pascal Brunier-Bonheur bears the name of both Pascal and his wife Christine Bonheur. The estate spreads over 8 hectares across Saint-Romain towards Auxey-Duresses, Monthelie, Meursault and Pommard. Combining tradition and modernity their wines are known for their elegance, generosity and their reasonable prices, something that can be difficult to find in Burgundy.
Fermented and aged in oak barrels for 11 months.
Floral and fruity nose with hints of citrus. Buttery on the palate with a refreshing acidity and good length.
Fish or oysters.
