Made with Rye malt to add a dry and biscuit quality to the beer. With a caramel character, a bit of pine, citrus and spice from the hops this red ale sits right at home in our Foundation Range. Citrus on the noce with dry, spicy characteristics, rich and full body from North American hops, medium bitterness balanced with rich, caramel flavours and a residual sweetness. It’s a beer that would pair nicely with a mature cheddar or BBQ’d meats.
